Event Description:
The SBA 504 program has made a significant impact in small business financing, but some lenders, borrowers, and others in the real estate industry may still have questions on how to make the most out of the program for fixed asset financing. Additionally, this seminar will cover details on the new Intermediary Lending Program (ILP), Community Advantage loan program, and updates to the SBA 7(a) loan program. Speakers will include a representa-tive from the local SBTDC Region, the U. S. Small Business Ad-ministration (SBA) and Business Finance Group, Inc.
