Vertical Expansion of the R.B. Baker & Sons Rubble Landfill No. 2, Queen Anne's County

Topic: R.B. Baker & Sons, Inc. has applied for a Refuse Disposal Permit to construct and operate a vertical expansion to the existing R.B. Baker & Sons Rubble Landfill No. 2 located at 501 4H Park Road, Queenstown, Maryland.  The landfill is a non-hazardous solid waste acceptance facility that accepts land clearing debris and construction and demolition debris for disposal and/or recycling.  An Informational Meeting is being held to provide an opportunity to the general public to obtain information about the permit application and MDE's review process.
