Online Public Meeting: 1300 Warner St. Property and Water Street Property The 1300 Warner Street Property and Warner Street Property located in Baltimore, Maryland has been accepted into Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed response action plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes an environmental containment remedy and implementation of a groundwater use restriction to address metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil at the Site. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for commercial purposes.
