A proposed Response Action Plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes remedies to address polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metals and petroleum hydrocarbons in soils and volatile organic compounds in soil gas at the property. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for restricted commercial purposes.
