Event Description: 8133 Baltimore Avenue Property
The 8133 Baltimore Avenue Property located at 8133/8135, 8139, 8141, 8145, 8147, and 8153 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, Prince George's County Maryland 20740 has been accepted into Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed Response Action Plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes remedies to address polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metals and petroleum hydrocarbons in soils and groundwater and volatile organic compounds in soil gas at the property. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for restricted residential purposes.
