Event Description:
MDE is developing a Maryland Heating Fuel Provider Reporting Program to improve data used as part of the Department’s statewide greenhouse gas emissions inventory. Furthermore, this reporting rule will help inform future regulatory programs such as the Clean Heat Standard, as required by Executive Order 01.01.2024.19. The Department will provide an overview of the Maryland Heating Fuel Provider Reporting Program in this session and take stakeholder feedback.
