Virtual Public Informational Meeting for 1401 Woodall Street Property - The 1401 Woodall Street property located at 1401 Woodall Street, 1446
Stevenson Avenue and the unaddressed adjacent lot (Map 24/Block 2016/Lot 32) in Baltimore City, Maryland has been accepted into the Maryland
Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).  A proposed response action plan (RAP) has been submitted for approval which includes a proposal to address soils impacted by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and metals at the subject property through the use of engineering and institutional
controls.  This RAP is based upon future use of the property for public recreational area - high frequency use.
