23-WL-0629 / 202360990 Pines Community Improvement Association at 158 Edge Way, Arnold, MD 21012, has applied to construct an 8-foot wide by 244-foot long floating pier system with ten 16-foot long by 3-foot wide finger piers, nine 26-foot long by 4-foot wide finger piers, a 8-foot wide by 40-foot long landing, a 4-foot wide by 30-foot long gangway, associated with a total of 12 pilings, all extending a maximum of 159 feet channelward of the mean high waterline. The project also proposes to authorize a mooring field. The purpose of the project is to improve navigable access. The proposed project is within the tidal waters of Chase Creek, a tributary off the Severn River.
